Three years after an expeditious return on Counter-Strike, the famous “triple A” organization is now back on track with a great opportunity. Loyal to the French scene, against All authority has managed to appeal to the rising team WySix, led by Flavien "wallax" Lebreton. After a first failed attempt, the legendary French esports organization now expects that this lineup will obtain a leading position in the national hierarchy.

Everything started on last Sunday, 10th September, when aAa released a “teasing video” with a 48h countdown, leading to today, Thursday 12th, 18:00. Quickly, the whole community took interest in the event and stood on guard. Announcements of a new team on Overwatch, PUBattlegrounds or even League of Legends were kind of expected, as aAa’s website is well positioned regarding these three games. Little did we expect that they would come back on Counter-Strike. Apparently, the organization’s leaders know how to surprise us.

But some questions are still left unsolved. In the teaser, we could see six different shapes representing six different people. Who’s the mysterious sixth man? aAa is very proud of its glorious past, so what better way to thrill the nostalgic fans than integrating a leading figure of the 1.6 scene is this new project? Young rising players in a mythical organization, that’s all it took to convince the charismatic Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni to take the role of the coach. He used to play for aAa, and is now back home more than ten years after winning the CPL Italy under the same colors.

From now on Ozstrik3r will have to supervise a team, already well united thanks to a nine-month common experience. Last January, the inseparable trio Flavien "wallax" Lebreton - Benoit "MetaL" Guelette - Benjamin "waneG" Taquet gave a chance to two new rising players from the French sub-top, Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut and Delaney "Delaney" Lashermes. Since then, the first one has distinguished himself as a very promising star player, while the second one chose to leave the team during the summer making room for another talented player, Matthéo "nonick" Canei.

If many have heard of WySix mainly thanks to ZywOo’s remarkable individual performances, the team is still a great example of team play and has achieved some great results: a victory at the LanEx 24, a second place at the ESL National Championship, and a third place at the Epsilan 14. Now that the new season is about to start, this whole new aAa team will have to prove itself after qualifying for the ESEA Moutain Dew League, the antechamber of the ESL Pro League, where they will have to play against many teams of the European sub-top.

This comeback of against All authority coincides with a new sponsoring contract with the brand Invictus that will allow players to be considered as semi-professionals. Some of them will make CS:GO their top priority, while some like ZywOo, as courted as he may be, still prioritize their studies.

Tofux, ex-manager from WySix who will now be part of aAa, talked about the reappearance of orgs in Counter-Strike:

I am very proud and very happy to join this prestigious organization, a famous reference in the world of Esport. aAa is a legendary structure and became a real institution after 17 years of existence! It is an honor for me to represent their colors for their comeback on the French/International scene of Counter-Strike. We thank them for the trust they put in us all. We will also put our trust in them in order to work and grow within optimal conditions. I would also like to thank my teammates for trusting me and encouraging me during the last seven months we spent together, and also for following me in this new great adventure. All of them are extraordinary people with a common goal, for which I will always give my support and my strength. Regarding my goals as manager, I would like to answer to the expectations of my team and optimize their performances in the best conditions possible. I want to create a sane and truthful atmosphere, make my team a great example, because we must realize and appreciate the opportunity of representing aAa.

wallax talked over his arrival in such a team:

Today we are joining aAa, a mythical organization on Counter-Strike. This is very motivational for all of us. The team will do everything to make this tag shine once again. With this announcement, I’d also like to confirm that nonick will be our 5th player. We are very delighted to have him again within the team, and it also had a great impact on our performances. After Delaney left, I became the in-game leader once again, but I will be helped by our new coach, no one other than the great, handsome and old Ozstrik3r. His vision of the game and his working methods will obviously help us grow and shine. With this, everything was said. We now have everything in our hand to become better, let’s prove everyone that we can write another (or even many other) pages of aAa’s history. These young rising stars have the opportunity to succeed to great players such as HaRts, Xp3, maarek, Emkill, KabaL, HeUkAlyPtuS and many other iconic characters. Now, the new aAa will have to live up to the expectations and deal with the pressure of such a heritage. Here is the lineup:
